Acceptable Use Policy
These rules protect customers, payment providers, infrastructure, and the small businesses that rely on FacturaOS.
1. Lawful business use
Use FacturaOS only for legitimate, lawful business operations. You are responsible for making sure your invoices, services, products, customer communications, taxes, payment requests, exports, and business activities comply with applicable laws and provider rules.
2. Prohibited activity
You may not use FacturaOS or help anyone else use it for:
- Fraud, deceptive billing, false invoices, fake customers, money laundering, sanctions violations, or unauthorized payment activity.
- Illegal goods or services, regulated activity without proper authorization, harassment, threats, hate, abuse, exploitation, or infringement.
- Spam, phishing, credential theft, malware, vulnerability exploitation, scraping private data, or interfering with platform availability.
- Bypassing plan limits, access gates, maintenance controls, workspace permissions, or payment-provider verification.
- Building, training, benchmarking, or operating a competing service using FacturaOS content, structure, private data, or reverse-engineered behavior.
3. Enforcement
We may remove content, restrict features, block payment links, suspend workspaces, revoke invites, require verification, terminate accounts, preserve records, and cooperate with providers, customers, regulators, or law enforcement when appropriate.
