Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy is intentionally simple: FacturaOS gives clear plan controls, and paid time is generally final so pricing stays predictable for small businesses.
1. No routine refunds
FacturaOS subscriptions, renewals, seat purchases, and paid plan periods are generally final and non-refundable once processed. We do not offer routine refunds for unused time, change of mind, forgetting to cancel, lack of use, business changes, or choosing a different workflow.
This policy helps us keep pricing straightforward while continuing to support a growing product for small businesses.
2. Trial periods
Eligible Pro and PyME accounts may receive one 7-day public trial per verified email. Trials generally require a payment method, and the selected plan may renew automatically when the trial ends.
If you cancel before the trial ends, no plan charge is collected. Repeat trials, suspicious signups, automation, chargebacks, or attempts to bypass trial limits may be blocked or suspended.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel through billing management where available. Cancellation stops future renewals or ends access according to the timing shown in the product or billing portal. Deleting an account is separate and may cancel owned workspace billing immediately.
Plan downgrades, seat removals, and feature changes may apply at renewal or another time shown in the product.
4. Limited exceptions
We may review limited refund or billing-credit requests at our discretion for verified duplicate charges, an incorrect amount caused by FacturaOS, a refund required by law, or a severe FacturaOS platform failure that materially prevented normal paid use.
Third-party outages, payment-provider reviews, unsupported use cases, user configuration mistakes, internet/device problems, or failure to complete onboarding do not automatically qualify for refunds.
5. Chargebacks and disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend the related workspace, pause paid features, preserve account records, and work through the payment provider's dispute process. Chargebacks do not guarantee a refund and may affect future access.
